How It Works

     The ATCS keeps heat exchangers and condensers clean by running soft balls through the tubes on preset time cycles, eliminating foulant and residue deposits and build-up without harmful chemicals. The soft balls, slightly larger in diameter than the tubes, rub them clean and are then trapped on the outlet of the heat exchanger. The balls are returned to the collector (bypassing the pump) where washing removes the residue. The balls are held clean in the collector to await the next run.
